A Work in Progress

Pardon the unfinished nature of the posts below, but, at present, I have simply added a few of the books I wish to review, and then plan to go back and update each post with a more indepth review. These books are all great and worth purchasing, and I am so looking forward to finding the time to add some meaningful comments about them.

"Breaking the Limit:" Karen Larsen's Definitve Road Book

"Aren't you afraid?"  That is the question that not only leads this epic tale of writer Karen Larsen's journey from New Jersey to Alaska and back, but haunts her as a woman making the trek alone.  Part feminist manifesto, part family history, and all true motorcycling adventure, this has become one of my favorite motorcycle road reads of all time.  Although it is probably a trite way of putting it, the reader is literally along for the Harley Sportster ride of a lifetime, enjoying details of people, scenery, camping, dining, family, relationships, and the inner world of Karen Larsen herself.
